Happy Sunday folks! We hope you’re ready for your weekly dose of Sunday Sewspiration, it’s a good one! We are very excited to share with you the latest designs of Papercut Patterns, they are SO good, we can’t wait to start stitching some (all) of these patterns up! We’ve also gathered some beautiful makers, interesting podcasts and vlogs, and some drool worthy fabrics.

On the blog you can read our interview with Isabella, who is founder and publisher of Fibre Mood pattern magazine – which we now stock on the online shop!

Enjoy!

Don’t know about you, but we haven’t seen a Friday Pattern Company Wilder Gown that we didn’t love! Nicole from Merritts Makes is looking absolutely beautiful in her aqua version.

This outfit is perfection! Beck aka I sew, therefore I am, stitched up the Fiore skirt by Closet Case Patterns and it makes us excited for Autumn.

Karen aka Did you make that? blogged about her True Bias Ogden Cami and the B6178 culottes. What a lovely pair! And isn’t Ella the perfect accessory? So cute!

This is the Cielo top designed by Closet Case patterns and Sylvia of The Ravel Out used different fabrics for the sleeves and cuffs. How clever and what a fab result!

Katie, who blogs at What Katie Sews made the Republique du Chiffon Diego trousers and added the cute pleats at the front. It looks lovely on her!

This top looks so comfy! It’s the Mandy Boat tee by Tessuti Fabrics which is a free download from their website. Zoe of So, Zo.. What do you know? used a red, blue, white striped jersey for her version and we love it.

What a showstopper of a skirt! Brittany who blogs at Brittany J. Jones stitched the Simplicity S8923 skirt and the fabrics she picked could not be more perfect for it!

This super fun Indigo dress by Tilly and the Buttons is made by the fabulous Joy of Pink Coat Club! We are falling deeply in love with this pattern.

Sewing queen Mimi G, aka Mimi G Style is totally slaying this outfit! She stitched the Burda 6442 dress pattern in a neon yellow crepe and it’s divine!

Georgina aka Sew In The Garden made a button down hack of the Helen’s Closet York Pinafore. What a fun outfit!

These Closet Case Patterns Jenny overalls are seriously amazing in this forest green corduroy! Liz of @thebakerthatsews did a great job creating this Autumn must have.

Pin & Sew have  a fantastical summer sale happening at the moment, with 25% off all woven fabrics!

Hoorah! Lisa comfort released a brand new fabric collection! It's called sprinkles and we're obsessed with this beautiful cinnamon colour way.

This peacock print over at Lulou Designs is absolutely stunning! It’s a stretch cotton so it will make your jumpsuit, pinafore, or trousers even more comfortable!

If you've been eyeing up the amazing sewing themed boxes from Sew Hayley Jane, now is the time to sign up. You’ll receive your first box on the 10th of next month (in the UK) and you’ll be in for a sewing surprise!

Inspired by Coco, we’re totally dreaming up a jacket out of this wool boucle from Fabric Godmother!

Planning your fall wardrobe? No need to look further than this drool worthy crepe de chine from Cloth Spot!

There is no such thing as owning too many stripey fabrics. That’s official, isn’t it? These stripes from Loom & Stars are irresistible!

This balloon animal print from The Ruby Star Society is making us so happy, it makes us feel like kids again! Shop the collection at Cloth Candy!

You’ll own the coolest set of keys of all your friends with this pretty coral keychain from Pink Coat Club!

This pattern includes the sweet loose-fitting top and these edgy chic overalls! It is McCall's M8008 from the brand new collection over at Sew Direct.

One of the things we love about African wax prints are the vibrant colours. Even a simple blue can look so intense! We love this one from Urbanstax, that blue just pops!

Alll the heart eyes for this lovely lightweight cotton batiste from The Draper's Daughter. It would make a stunning tiered dress or skirt!

Corduroy is the perfect fabric for fall, it’s a medium weight fabric which makes it nice and cosy. We spotted the most fabulous corduroy collection over at Fabrics Galore. Those flowery prints are SO good!

This modal knit fabric from Lamazi Fabrics looks so soft we want to make all the comfy clothes and lounge wear with it.

Sew Me Sunshine is stocking an (ex-designer) cotton sateen with huge polka dots. We are in love! This would make such a fabulous dress!

We keep a handy list of sewing events, exhibitions and meet ups happening in the sewing community all over the world on our sewing social calendar here.
